A short hop from the hotel: the vallée verte
The Vallée Verte, the green lung of Roissy-en-France, lets you quickly escape from the airport zone and run through the forest!
What could be more pleasant than running in the open air after a long day at work? Don’t worry; less adventurous types will still be able to find a running machine in the NOMAD cardio space ;)
A natural site covering 90 hectares that’s typical of the Val-d'Oise, the Vallée Verte is criss-crossed by countless tracks with wilderness feel and features orientation trails, cycling trails and circuits.
Depending on your mood and your fitness levels, these will allow you to enjoy a lovely moment in a green setting close to our hotel situated near Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport.
We advise you to hop in your car to get there (NOMAD Hotel Roissy CDG has a paid car park), and the drive takes around 20 minutes.
A fitness trail at Parc de la Mairie
Parc de la Mairie in Roissy-en-France is brimming with trees and flower-lined paths, but it also boasts a playground for children.
Here you’ll also find around ten pieces of equipment that are free to use to help you work out and stretch.
It’s about 15 minutes away by car.
The Les Tournelles sports complex in Roissy
Sporty types will find more than enough to keep them amused at the Les Tournelles sports complex in the very centre of Roissy-en-France:
This sports complex includes:
- A grass football pitch,
- An artificial football pitch
- A 400 metre athletics track with four lanes,
- Four tennis courts, including two that are covered, and a training wall,
- A boules pitch
- A climbing wall
- A basketball court
It’s about 15 minutes away by car from the hotel.
The municipal swimming pool
You're most welcome to do a few lengths at the municipal swimming pool in Roissy-en-France.
Please find below the opening days and hours:
- monday from 11.45AM to 1.30PM,
- tuesday from 11.45 to 1.30 - to 4.15PM 8PM,
- wednesday from 11.45AM to 2PM,
- friday from 11.45AM to 1.30PM - to 4.15AM to 8PM,
- saturday from 12PM à 2PM,
- sunday from 8.30AM à 12PM
To get there, it's about 15 minutes away from the hotel by car.
