A galette for everyone!

To please all diets....

Here in Brittany, we are fan of galettes! Let's discover a different version!
A leek galette that is suitable for gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, vegan, vegan diets... In fact it can be enjoyed by everyone, by young and old alike!
We therefore offer you an original way to cook a galette made with leek and rice. It can be served at an aperitif dinner or in a dish with a side dish such as a salad, raw vegetables, braised vegetables...

Let's make eight patties!

To do this, we need: 1 onion, 4 well-curved tablespoons of cooked rice, 2 same tablespoons of cornstarch, 10 cl of vegetable cream, 1 teaspoon of mustard, herbs: basil, parsley... and a nutmeg.

Start by washing, cutting (in 4 lengthwise) and slicing the leeks. Fry them with the onion in an oiled frying pan. Add the contents of the pan to the rice, then the cornstarch, herbs, spices, salt, vegetable cream and possibly mustard. Mix it all together.
Now it's time to make our little galettes. Take 2 tablespoons of the content and place it in an oiled frying pan over low heat. Cook for 4 minutes on each side. It's ready! Enjoy now or put in the fridge to eat them later.

Consider a lunchbox to transport your meals ;)
